Do you qualify? First-Time Homebuyer Tax Credit
What is the tax credit?
First-time homebuyers could receive a $8,000 tax credit for the purchase of any home in the United States on or after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009. To qualify, the homebuyer must close on the sale of the home during this period.
