My commitment to you also includes consistent and effective communication to ensure that expectations are set and met.  A common complaint from sellers, is that their agent puts the sign in the yard and then disappears, never to be heard from again.  I will work with you to determine a communication schedule.  For example, we might meet weekly to discuss status/progress as well as market condition updates and monthly analysis on newly sold and listed properties.
