more by excitement than by planning. The value of working with a professional realtor is certainly in his expertise
and his market awareness, but even more than that his value to you is in his personal commitmentto you

- We will work together to determine your needs. I will be an active listener, and your goals will be my goals.
- I will determine and recommend a listing price through market analysis, current market information,
and consideration of similar sold properties and unsold properties which are in competition.
- I will recommend a marketing program for you as a seller with a mix of print ads, enhanced internet
placement, network marketing, and (most important) MLS (Multiple Listing Service) placement.
- I will advise you through the complex selling process.
- I will act as your negotiator, employing my skills to sell for the best price and get most favorable terms in the shortest amount of time.
- I will facilitate to make sure the deal stays together and that all players are meeting deadlines and contingencies, and I will offer referrals to quality real estate resources – mortgage, title, warranty, inspection, etc.
My commitment to you also includes consistent and effective communication to ensure that expectations are set and met. A common complaint from sellers, is that their agent puts the sign in the yard and then disappears, never to be heard from again.
I will work with you to determine a communication schedule. For example, we might
meet weekly to discuss status/progress as well as market condition updates and monthly analysis on newly sold and listed properties.
